The Public Administration School of Catalonia (EAPC) has just published issue 16 of European Public Mosaic (EPuM).Open Journal on Public Service which focuses on digital education , with the challenges and opportunities it presents for the educational and academic community in times of the
pandemic. The monograph analyses, from a multifaceted perspective, institutions’ and civil society’s efforts to make full use of technology, with an inclusive spirit, and their management of the associated risks.
